The spaceship hummed loudly as it drifted through the dark void. Gohan peered out the window, his eyes widening as a giant, swirling vortex of shadow appeared ahead.

'We have drifted too far into the Unknown Zone,' Gohan said, his voice trembling slightly. 'This is not on our star map.'

Piccolo's cape fluttered in the ship as the gravity began to shift. He stared at the console, his brow furrowed in deep concentration.

'This is a supermassive black hole,' Piccolo warned. 'The gravity here is strong enough to bend the very light around us. We are being pulled in.'

18 stood up and walked to the engine room door. She felt the ship vibrating as if the metal itself were screaming against the pressure.

'The thrusters are failing,' 18 stated coldly. 'The harder I push, the more the gravity pulls us back. It feels like time is trying to run in reverse.'

Outside the glass, shadowy figures began to emerge from the black hole. They looked like wisps of smoke with cold, glowing eyes.

'Those are Gravity Phantoms,' Piccolo whispered. 'They feed on the energy of anything trapped in the event horizon. Do not let them touch the ship.'

The ship groaned as a Phantom pressed against the hull. The clock on the wall started ticking backwards, making the room feel dizzy and strange.

'We are losing our position,' Gohan said, clenching his fists. 'If we fall into the center, we will never be able to leave.'

Gohan realized they needed a massive burst of energy to hold the ship steady. He took a deep breath and focused every ounce of his power.

'I have to do this,' Gohan shouted. 'I am going Super Saiyan 2!'

The Gravity Phantoms shrieked as they hit the golden barrier of Gohan's light. They couldn't stand the purity of his power.

'They are backing away!' 18 noted, her eyes narrowing. 'But the gravity is still too intense for the engines to handle alone.'

Piccolo closed his eyes, his fingers moving rapidly across the air as he used his telepathy to calculate the exact vector for escape.

'I see the path,' Piccolo said. 'We need to aim for the gravitational ripple behind the anomaly. If we hit it with full force, we can slingshot out.'

18 marched to the rear thrusters. She placed her hands on the cold metal and began to pour her infinite energy into the machine.

'I am pumping my energy into the core now,' 18 shouted. 'It is going to be a bumpy ride!'

The ship began to vibrate at a frequency so high that the metal hummed. The black hole below them roared like a hungry beast.

'Hold on!' Gohan screamed as he pushed his aura even harder, creating a golden shield around the entire ship.

The Gravity Phantoms lunged one last time, trying to pull the ship down into the darkness. They were fast, but Gohan was faster.

'Get back!' Gohan commanded, releasing a wave of golden energy that blasted the phantoms into stardust.

Piccolo's eyes snapped open. The calculations were complete. He pointed toward the light bending around the edge of the hole.

'Now!' Piccolo roared. 'Aim the thrusters at the bending light and fire!'

18 unleashed all her power. The thrusters turned brilliant white as the ship surged forward with unbelievable speed.

'Goodbye, black hole,' 18 said, her voice steady even as the ship shook violently.

They hit the gravitational ripple. For a moment, everything stopped moving. The stars outside froze in place.

'We are stuck in the fold!' Gohan warned. 'Push, 18! Push harder!'

With a final surge of infinite energy, the ship broke through the barrier. The crushing weight of the black hole vanished instantly.

'We did it,' Piccolo whispered, lowering his guard. 'The time distortion has stopped.'

Gohan powered down, his golden aura fading until his hair turned black again. He sat down, exhausted, his chest heaving with every breath.

'That was too close,' Gohan said. 'I think I am ready for a nap.'

18 walked back into the cockpit, wiping her hands on her jacket. The engines were silent and cooling down.

'The ship is in one piece,' 18 noted with a small smile. 'And we are far away from that monster now.'

Piccolo checked the navigation screen. The path home was clear and the stars were moving in the right direction once again.

'The time flow is back to normal,' Piccolo confirmed. 'We are going home.'

The ship zoomed through the galaxy, leaving the nightmare of the black hole behind them. They were safe, and the adventure had come to an end.
